1. Who We Are
EU Pallet Recycling ("we", "us") is a referral service. We pass quote requests for buying, selling, repairing and recycling pallets to partner suppliers in our network. We do not supply, collect or repair pallets ourselves. This policy explains what happens to the information you send through this website.
2. What the Quote Form Collects
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your ZIP or postal code
- The service, product and quantity you are interested in, and any message you add
- The page you sent the form from
3. How Your Request Is Used and Shared
When you submit the form, your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to route requests. It is then shared with partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal data.
We may also share information with service providers who host this website, or where the law requires it.
4. Legal Basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process your request because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and in our legitimate interest in running this referral service. You can withdraw your request at any time.
5. Analytics and Cookies
This site uses PostHog analytics in cookieless mode to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to route them, follow up on them and meet legal obligations, and then delete them. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Complain to your data protection authority
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the quote form on this website or email [email protected].
